    Robert BOINAY is a Swiss painter and engraver, who benefited from a retrospective, with the publication of a book retracing his career, by the Jura Museum of Fine Arts in 1985. Published on the occasion of an exhibition held at the cloister of the Collegiate Church of Saint-Ursanne in Moutier from July to September 1985. (the work of Robert Boinay from 1957 to 1978)

    He took classes with Maurice BRIANCHON at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux Arts in Paris from 1949 to 1951.  In 1958 he received the Foreign Painting Prize from the National Museum of Modern Art. He also exhibits at the Salon d'Automne, the Salon of Young Painting, as well as comparisons, and the great and young of today.
