Elegant mirror from the last quarter of the 18th century, complete with gilding, mercury mirror and period parquet flooring.
The mirror is framed with molded baguette and rows of pearls, supported by small canted brackets, on either side of which laurel and acanthus leaves adorn the sides. The whole is topped by an openwork pediment with foliage and laurel leaves holding quivers and a laurel wreath, in the middle of which a dove is nestled.
Beautifully preserved with some wear and a nice patina, the glass glazing shows some alterations, a very decorative element and of fine authenticity.
