Large revolutionary mirror in gilded carved wood, pediment decorated with revolutionary and Republic symbols: feathered helmet (Athena or Minerva), lictor beam behind, all surrounded by branches of oak leaves, frame border decorated with flowers and foliage, original mercury glass, late 18th century.
This mirror is in good condition and of exceptional quality.
Please note: the glass is a little faded in places, a few cracks in the pediment decoration (reinforced), a few accidents, slight wear and tear, a decoration (oak leaf) has been glued back on one side (a little weak, will most likely have to be glued back), take a good look at the photos (see red arrows).
