A decorative ‘Martial’ mirror, with parecloses, in carved and gilded wood, decorated with foliage after Jean Bérain, the pediment decorated with a feathered helmet and flags.

 

Beautiful and rare French work from the Louis XIV period circa 1690-1710.

The mirror is in good condition. The gilding is worn and the central mirror has been changed.
