Comprising a rigid half-spherical steel plate entirely engraved with a lively scene of calves and peacocks in a foliage and floral landscape, and topped with a large quadrangular iron tip, this helmet has the distinctive feature of having two plume holders on the front, arranged on either side of the curved and cut-out riveted iron nosepiece.
The entire lower edge is fitted with an iron mesh camail.

This armor helmet was worn by Persians and Indians in the Ottoman Empire.
