Steel, ivory, copper alloy and golden brass
Long. total: 29.3 cm
Long. blade: 22 cm
Dagger with straight blade in single-edged steel, finished in a slightly bevelled point, decorated with etching and equipped with a gutter inlaid with gilded brass, incised with foliage motifs of palms and engraved on the heel with large scrolls included in a cartouche , the back of the blade is also lined with a brass insert.
The spindle is in ivory plates with an orange-red patina, finely carved with scroll motifs organized in a capital, riveted three times, including two nails adorned with flower rosettes cut out of gilded metal. It ends in a ringed brass button.
Scabbard in two blades of finely incised wood.
