Flush-mounted barrel, with dovetailed front sight and adjustable rear sight; marked on top: WINCHESTER'S-REPEATING ARMS NEW HAVEN CT KING'S IMPROVEMENT PATENTED 29 MARCH 1866 OCTOBER 16 1860 with caliber 32 - Cal.
Steel breech case. Tailstock marked MODEL 1873. Serial number 127176A
Walnut stock with steel buttplate and magazine access door. A silver plate on top of the stock is engraved with the inscription: J WALLACE VAN DUSEN - NORWALK OHIO 1887.
This winchester is in its original condition; very well preserved. Mechanics impeccable. The inside of the barrel is in good condition, with clear scratches.
