L.T.: 100 - Barrel length: 51cm - Cal. 44
Round barrel, with ring-mounted front sight and hinged rear sight; marked on top: HENRY'PATENT-OCT. 16. 1860 KING'S PATENT-MARCH 29.1866.
Brass breech case, stamped under lever 24562 with L control stamp.
Piton-mounted saddle ring on right-hand side.
Walnut stock with brass buttplate and reserve access door.
This Winchester is in its original, well-preserved condition. Perfect mechanics. The inside of the barrel is in good condition, with clear scratches.
Its serial number classifies it as an early 1866, which is why it still bears the Henry mark, later replaced by WINCHESTER.
