Octagonal barrel, rifled, 99% original blue finish, engraved with a frieze at the muzzle; dovetailed front sight and rear sight. Signed on the top: MOORE & WOODWARE, 64, St JAMES St LONDON and control mark on the underside.
Round cylinder, with six chambers numbered from 1 to 6. Control marks, original chimneys.
Long-crested hammer, with zoomorphic engraving.
Open, marbled frame, engraved with scrolls and friezes.
Finely checkered walnut stock. Silver thumb piece.
Steel cap, marbled, engraved with a line, with a door engraved with a flower.
Very good condition.
