Rare and magnificent hunting buffet in very good condition, richly carved, beautiful manufacture from the last quarter of the 19th century, timeless however (inspirations from the 17th to the 19th century)
Of course, it evokes the themes of hunting* and fishing* in a spirit of opulence and profusion, in the affirmation of the art of living and receiving with generosity.
This decorative element although imposing (2m by 2m) is aesthetically very successful because of good proportions and softened by the absence of sharp angles (also facilitating circulation), its side curves make it very pleasing to the eye. Superb edging of the main plate with a design of elongated and inclined gadroons.
The set is in a very beautiful solid flamed oak.
It has four high drawers, four low cupboards and five useful trays: 2 interior storage trays and 3 exterior presentation trays, generously deep 57 cm.
