When in 1957 Jean Prouvé took over the management of the CIMT (Compagnie industrielle de Matériel de Transport, bought by Alsthom in 1983) he worked to expand its activity to public construction contracts. Significant resources were used to scrupulously implement the architectural principles developed by Jean Prouvé in his previous companies. The ingenious invention of light facades made of folded metal or extruded aluminum that could be fixed directly to the concrete, making it possible to quickly build public buildings such as hospitals, schools, etc. with impeccable finishes, was a great success. We present here a complete module of isothermal curtain wall in 3 parts. Each element measures approximately 110 x 166 cm.
