Very original pair of bronze sconces, enameled, painted red and blue, representing two menacing cobras.
They are topped with a large bobêche with openwork decoration, pierced for electricity.
The neck of the cobra is very nicely decorated at the back.
English work from the end of the 19th century, probably inspired by India.
