I propose to the sale, this charming pair of gilt bronze lamps of Directoire period in beautiful general state of conservation. These lamps were made from original torches of the late eighteenth century. They are adorned with a delicate decoration of chased roses on the body of each lamp. They are also equipped with a new electrical system as well as new lampshades from Habitat in grey Jute fabric.
