Romeo Rega (1904-1968) is an Italian designer who creates furniture that combines modernism and glamor through the use of gold and silver metal mixed with glass, stone or wood for furniture with elegant geometric shapes.
The Romeo Rega brand was launched after the designer's death in 1969 and produced lamps, tables and chairs recognizable by the double R affixed to his creations. Production ceased in 1981.
Little known to the general public, its production has spanned the decades thanks to their modernism, their elegant shapes and the subtle mix of materials.
