Pair of large baluster-shaped vases, mounted as lamps, in veined marble and gilt bronze, decorated with bouquets of flowers forming arms of light (candlesticks), scrolled foliate motifs, friezes of pearls, acanthus leaves and an enrubannée frieze on the foot, from the Napoleon III period, 19th century.
These vases are in good condition and of remarkable quality. Their large size makes them highly decorative. Electricity works. The lamp part is adjustable in height. The bronze top is different between the two lamps.
Please note: traces of breakage and restoration on the marble (cf. red arrows), one stem of a bouquet missing, some light scratches on the marble, wear and dirt from the passage of time, please look at the photos.
