I am offering for sale this very beautiful and rare Empire period lined metal lamp in good general condition. It is adorned with a delightful neoclassical style decor characteristic of the Empire period with palmette friezes, Antique style draperies and nymphs in Roman togas on the base of the lamp shaft. The shaft itself takes the general shape of an ancient temple column.

This lamp has been re-electrified and equipped with a beautiful new burgundy red lampshade from Maison Bracquenié.
Lots of charm and rare item!
Just some minor wear and tear on the silvering but that's normal on an object over 200 years old.
