I offer for sale, this very beautiful gilt bronze lamp from the Napoleon III period in the "Renaissance" style in perfect general. It is adorned with a beautiful decoration with dolphin motifs and leafy scrolls. The dolphins refer to the Dauphin, eldest son of the King of France under the Ancien Régime and from the 1840s we find in the Decorative Arts in France, this "Neo-Renaissance" spirit in many pieces of furniture or decorative objects.

This lamp rests on a large square base and is equipped with a new golden electrical system as well as its new white lampshade.

Height without lampshade: 27 cm
Height with lampshade: 44 cm

Beautiful model with a rich unusual decor and we note the beautiful freshness of the old gilding.
