The richly worked decoration is largely inspired by the rocaille style. The center is composed of swirling scrolls housing three eagles around a baluster column with shell, feather, flower and foliate scroll motifs. The base is in the shape of a rock, decorated with shells. The acanthus-leaf arms are highly agitated. The binnacles are adorned with water leaves and the cups with openwork shells. Not electrified.
