Rare pair of candlesticks or candlesticks in finely chiseled solid Russian silver, baluster-shaped, decorated with stylized foliage, resting on a square base, date 1868, hallmark 84 + Minsk and goldsmith Pogorzelski, vintage 19th century.
These candlesticks are in good condition and are of remarkable quality. The underside of the bases is plastered. Punch on the edge of the base and under the bobeches. Candlesticks purchased in Estonia in the middle of the 20th century (Estonian hallmark 875 + lion).
Please note: one candlestick is slightly higher than the other, slightly worn hallmarks (date hard to read, most likely 1868), some small shocks and deformations on the bases and on the barrels, micro-scratches, dirt and wear on the time, look carefully at the photos (see red arrows).
