Pair of Regency period candlesticks.

Description :
Chiseled and gilded bronze.
This model is notable for productions made around 1720. The stepped base alternates scroll friezes and smooth glaze moldings.
The barrel has four sheathed sides decorated with moldings at the corners.
The binet and the bobèche have a very sober design that is often found in restoration lighting.
State :
Excellent condition, bright gilding with its original wear.
I attached 19th century glass bobeches of a model close to the originals.
