Here's a lovely early 20th-century candle-holder by the Bointaburet company.
In 1860, antique dealer Georges Boin and jeweler Emile Taburet joined forces to found the Boin-Taburet company at 3 rue Pasquier in Paris.
This candle-holder features a parrot on a porcelain and bronze base typical of the period. On the top we find the two candle holders.
Bottom marking: Bointaburet à Paris, plus GB hallmark, I-4171-cqu-rni 38413 12.
The electrics obviously need to be revised for safety reasons.
For the condition, we note traces of wax, stains and we report that the bird moves, thank you for detailing the photos.
