An attractive and decorative pair of finely chiseled and gilt bronze ovoid fire pot cassolettes.

Our cassolettes with transformation forming candlesticks, with fut in fluted column, the upper part in seed is transformed while turning over to form a binet with decoration of garland and knots Louis XVI.

 

Lovely French work from the Louis XVI period, circa 1780.

In fine original condition with minor wear to the gilding. Very slight wear to the gilding, which adds to the charm of these collectors' items.
