This elegant 14K gold bangle bracelet is set, on one half, with a line of turquoise, from the Restoration period. This bracelet is hallmarked three times on the clasp. The first hallmark is 14k for 14 karats, the second is illegible and the third is a scallop shell, a guarantee hallmark for 14 carat gold. The latter must have been struck more recently since it has been in force since 1994. The gold bracelet is fitted with a safety chain near the clasp.
The hinge has taken a little play over time, and one turquoise is clearly darker than the whole.
