old earthenware terrine tureen from the East, possibly from Strasbourg, Luneville, or Les Islettes. It features a charming floral decoration and a magnificent pear-shaped slip cabochon. The colors are particularly vibrant, with hues of pink, yellow and green.
This terrine has great decorative value, characteristic of the period from the end of the 19th century. Although it is generally in good condition, some chips of enamel are visible on the edge of the lid, the pear, and certain leaves.
Note that there is no identifiable signature.
