This rimmed plate is in polychrome earthenware with petit feu decoration, from the Ferrat factory in Moustiers. The center is decorated with a landscape depicting a fisherman and his companion in a lakeside setting. In addition to purple, the bright colors are green, violet, yellow, manganese and blue, with small green leaves painted here and there on the white enameled background. On the reverse, it bears a 1952 Aix en Provence exhibition label.
Perfect condition. 18th century.
