Rare set of 9 fine earthenware dessert plates with polychrome printed “Chinese” decoration, Montereau earthenware, Louis Lebeuf and Thibault period, circa 1825

20.8cm in diameter: rich decoration of a couple carrying umbrella and fan, in front of a vase of flowers, with a pagoda in the background. Rich floral border on the wing.

6 plates are generally in good condition, with differences in the application of the decoration and the intensity of the colors. Small scratches and/or browning can be noted here and there.

The last three plates have a visible chip for two of them, and a significant crack for the third.
