Eugène-Jules Eudes was a French watercolorist. He signed his works JEUDES.
His first trade was as a decorative painter on porcelain.
He became a painter and his first painting was exhibited at the 1878 Salon des Artistes Français. He was awarded the Diplôme d'Honneur in Turin in 1911 and a silver medal for a painting exhibited in St Petersburg in 1914.
He went on to illustrate works for Éditions Paul Lechevalier, in particular books by botanist André Guillaumin (in the Encyclopédie pratique du naturaliste, volumes XV (1929), XVI (1930), XVII (1931) & XXIX (1936)).
He was a contributor to the Revue Horticole, from 1914 to 1938, where he painted 121 watercolor plates.
