    Paul Jouve was an illustrator and sculptor who had a lifelong passion for animals. He is the most famous animal painter in the Art Deco period. Original paintings by Jouve are rare and very much sought and looked after.
    • Mixed technique (charcoal, graphite, watercolor).
    • Signed « Jouve » at bottom center.
    • The frame and mounting are of the period and were done by Havard Frères with the supplier's stamp on the back of the mounting panel.
    • Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity par Dominique Suisse.
