Perfect condition, a set of 4 gouaches by Chéri Hérouard, (born Chéri-Louis-Marie-Aimé Haumé ) born January 6, 1881 and died June 2, 1961.
He was a French illustrator of the 19th and 20th centuries. He gave up early on scientific studies, for which he seemed gifted, having passed the baccalaureate
at the age of 16, and turned to drawing,
After illustrating children's books and publishing drawings in the journal de la jeunesse, he worked for many years for the newspaper
la Vie parisienne, le petit Français illustré (most of the 1905 covers) and other magazines such as le Sourire , Fantasio and la Baïonnette.
Under the pseudonym Heric, he also produced erotic drawings, etc.
