I offer you a watercolor and gouache circa 1950, very luminous and musical, by this great American artist from the School of Paris.

She worked at the Arts Students League under Hoffman between 1945 and 1938, met Klee in 1939, and settled in France, where she frequented S.W. Hayter's studio.

The delicate modulations of her slowly developed, intuitive painting, where color converses with itself, are part of the Abstract Impressionist movement, which, in our work, is close to Bazaine.

Her name was already mentioned in Michel Seuphor's 1958 dictionary of abstract painting.
