Paul Pascal studied at the School of Fine Arts in Madrid. He spent his youth in North Africa.
In the 1870s he was a decorative painter in Toulouse. He exhibited at the Paris Salon from 1876 to 1880.
He specializes in oriental views which he paints exclusively in gouache.
