by Arsène Chabanian, (1864 to Erzerum in Armenia - 1949 Paris) also known as Héran-Chaban.
Beautiful etching before the letter, mention "artist's proof" in the lower left, signed "Héran -Chaban "in pencil bottom right.
Painter, pastellist and engraver, Chabanian was a pupil of Gustave Moreau; he participated in the Salon of French Artists and the Salon of the National Society of Fine Arts in Paris.
