    The Towing of a Floating Dock from La Seyne to Alexandria

    Original label on reverse of bottom cartopn inscribed: The Vice King of Egypt had this iron dock built by the Société Nouvelles des Forges et Chantiers de la Méditerranée in La Seyne. It has a total length of 150 meters, its outside width is 30 meters, its total height is 12 meters, and it weighs four million six hundred thousand kilograms.
