Cristalleries de Portieux, late 19th century: stunning pair of oil lamps in blown glass and pressed-molded glass.

A frosted glass mermaid supports the reservoir of each lamp, the whole resting on a circular base with anchor chains.

The various parts of each lamp, alternating transparent blown glass for the reservoirs, and press-molded glass for the sirens and their bases, are heat-glued together. Each lamp measures 26.7cm in height; all in perfect condition.
