Pair of soapy opaline vases with fine gold decoration of vine shoots and fillets on the neck and base. Baccarat crystal, mid-19th century, Napoleon III period circa 1850.

The gilding is exceptionally fresh, and the vases are clean. One is in perfect condition, the second has two chips at the neck (last 4 photos) but no cracks. The whole remains very decorative.
