Beautiful opaline night service enhanced with a fine gold rose decoration, produced by Baccarat, Napoleon III period, circa 1860.

Our service is complete with its six pieces: water carafe, lemon balm water carafe, sugar bowl, and two glasses (rarer, as night services were often only individual; here we have the version for two) on their trays.

This 19th-century production does not bear the crystal factory's signature.

Our night service is in perfect condition, near mint, probably never or very little used. No wear to the gilding, no accidents. Magnificent. A firing defect under the sugar bowl lid (penultimate photo).
