From 1912, after his meeting with Gustave Fayet, he settled in Bièvres, and developed his own oven, using the treatise of the monk Théophile, dating from 1125. He discovered the blues of Chartres in 1913, the ruby reds in July of the same year. Decorations at the Abbey of Fontfroide in Narbonne, graphic works in Béziers, Narbonne, Paris (Orsay).
