The Polignac model was specially designed at the end of the 1950s for the banquet lunch offered by France (under President René Coty) to Queen Elizabeth II, in the great Hall of Mirrors at the Palace of Versailles, on April 9, 1957.

This is a beautiful model, in strong crystal, deeply cut and returning beautiful reflections, with a diamond-cut foot. The glasses are in very good condition.
