This small solid and veneered mahogany cabinet opens with a double framed door, with horizontal crossbar, flanked by identical panels arranged symmetrically.
These doors, dark on the back of mirrors with mahogany retaining strips, are equipped with an authentic top/bottom lock with brass entries and key.
The interior offers three shelves mounted on racks.
The uprights with cut sides are decorated with half-columns fluted in a spindle shape downwards decorated with gilded bronzes decorated with flowered cups.
The sides are also paneled with crosspieces in the same way.
The top has a raised Carrara marble slab with a groove.
This small cabinet is remarkable for its quality construction and decorative details that capture the essence of the Louis XVI style.
