Charming little writing table in the Louis XIV style, in solid walnut. Its top, with beautiful walnut veining, is surrounded by a molding composed of circular patterns, and a beak-de-corbin. The rim of the belt is also carved with scallops.
It rests on four turned legs, ending in small pancake feet. The base is connected by a partially turned Saint-André cross element, in its center is a spinning-top part. This small writing table has an interesting dimension, it will elegantly dress your entryway as a side table for example.
