Superb pedestal table in solid walnut with molded and openwork. It features a top with multi-lobed cutouts that echo the decor, a recessed inlaid decoration of hogweed on a walnut and rosewood background. The base is tripled on each side and connected by an openwork, also inlaid crossbar. The uprights are tripled at the top to illustrate the flower stem. Very fine cabinetwork quality and a magnificent patinated finish!
