A pedestal table known as a "bouillotte table" opening at the waist with two drawers and two shelves upholstered in black leather, probably original. Resting on a "sheathed" base finished with sabots and casters, it is topped with its "Gris des Flandres" marble surrounded by its openwork gallery.
It dates from the end of the 18th century or the very beginning of the 19th century, around 1800. Note the very small restorations on the front of the two drawers, quite understandable for a piece of furniture from this period.
