Napoleon III period middle table circa 1860 Exceptional marquetry on all sides.
The top is decorated with a draped theater and mascaron framed by winged horses on a leafy scrolled entablature in light wood and various richly inlaid veneers on a burr-walnut background framed by rosewood and rosewood on a black background.
Opening with a drawer in the waistband.
Top encircled by a bronze moulding.
Opens with a large front drawer.
Resting on four fluted legs adorned with ormolu spandrels and collars.
The uprights end in swivel feet and are linked by an X-shaped brace with a bronze urn in the center.
Waxed patina.
