Large oval mahogany table with belt, in the Louis XVI style, resting on 6 tapered legs finished with casters and trimmed at the top with bronze rosettes.
The top and legs are in solid mahogany, the belt is veneered but highlighted with a solid mahogany baquette.
The table measures 149cm long x 126cm wide, and can be extended using original oak runners that can support 6 extensions of 48cm each, giving a total length of 414cm for a table runner of 149cm, seating 18 people.
Period: second half of the 19th century
Perfect condition after restoration, with 6 mahogany plywood extensions with solid mahogany fittings, stripping and waxed patina in our workshop.
