Superb bedroom set in molded and carved solid sycamore maple, consisting of a wardrobe, bed and nightstand.
The wardrobe opens through a large door fitted with a mirror, and is embellished with woody stems and stylized bronze and brass decoration. It features a large circular openwork pediment with carved decoration, projecting from the uprights, and rests on four splayed feet illustrating the extraction of the root.
The asymmetrical bedside cabinet opens through a door onto a ceramic interior, two vertical niches and a drawer in the waistband. It features breche marble enhanced by an openwork pediment and a shelf.
The bed is openwork and carved with bronze and brass flowers and stems.
The whole set is in remarkable condition, with very fine cabinetmaking!
