Louis XVI Chiffonnier in solid mahogany and mahogany veneer, with 6 drawers and Carrara marble top.
The drawer fronts are edged with brass strips. There are two bronze drop handles with Louis XVI rosettes and a wire keyway with overflow, accompanied by a later brass key and an original working lock. The drawer bottoms and sides are in oak, with dust covers between them.
On each side, this piece of furniture has adjoining cylindrical uprights, with stopped fluting, each ending in a turned foot, accompanied by a brass shoe.
The sides are made of a mahogany panel surrounded by brass strips. The rear legs are slightly protruding and feature stopped fluting.
The chiffonier is also topped with gray-veined white Carrara marble, surrounded by an openwork brass gallery that follows the legs.
