English furniture forming a display case / Scriban / Buffet, in solid Blond Oak, which we will choose to describe in three stages.
The top element, topped by a molded Cornice, consists of a Bookcase, opening with two glass doors with bars. They reveal two 22 cm deep shelves, on racks and therefore adjustable at will on a total storage height of 82 cm.
The second component is a Scriban with an inclined flap, maintained unfolded horizontally by an original system of Wooden Compasses called 'Knee'. It reveals a space made up of eight Niches and two small drawers with wooden knobs, and offers a working area of 83.5 cm long by 53 cm wide.
The lower part is a small Buffet, with two doors with flat panels. The interior is organized into two compartments, each with two and three shelves on fixed brackets.
Each of these three elements is lockable and has its own key. We will particularly appreciate the beautiful lock entries in Red Copper which benefit the doors.
The whole unit rests on a wide plinth modestly curved on the front and sides.
We will remember this Centenaire piece of furniture for the subtle combination of its reasonable dimensions and its multifunctionality. Moreover, thanks to its charming light color and its great sobriety, it will be able to personalize a Rustic interior as well as a Contemporary Home.
