Roger Vandercruse dit Lacroix (1728 - 1799)
A brilliant craftsman, he worked alongside the Migeon, Oeben and Riesener families. This proximity led to brilliant commissions. His talent won him renown and serious customers, including the Comtesse de Provence, Madame Victoire and the Duc d'Orléans.
Condition report: this piece of furniture is in home condition, with old reinforcements and accidents. The mahogany is sun-faded.
