    Charming piece of furniture in solid mahogany and mahogany veneer with two drawers around the edge of which is fitted with a framing ring with a small brass ogee molding in the interior. These drawers open using a bronze key with original lock in working order. The passage of the key is highlighted by a chiseled bronze entrance.
    Both sides of this piece of furniture are made up of the same ornamentation. Indeed, we find a brass wand with ogee forming a frame.
    This cylinder desk rests on four spindle-shaped legs with fixed grooves, each ending in a brass shoe.
    The cylinder part of this piece of furniture is embellished with an ogee molding and has on each side a plant-inspired bronze curving and forming a passage for the fingers allowing the opening of this desk. Between them, a bronze Louis XVI key, identical to those below, activates a two-point lock.
    Upon opening, we discover an office space made up of a sliding shelf with a solid mahogany surround, darkened with original granite black leather embellished with a gold sticker and cold stamp. This interior part is also made up of two drawers whose mahogany front is decorated with a bronze lens button. All the interiors and drawer bottoms of this piece of furniture are in oak.
    In the upper part of this piece of furniture, we find two doors opening on brass hinges and having a miter-cut frame accompanied in the interior by ogee strips, darkened with an original mercury mirror. The right door opens with a key identical to the previous ones, working lock and two similar bronze entrances.
    The left door is locked using a small clasp at the bottom of the door. The two doors are joined by a brass quarter round.
    When opened, we discover a storage space made up of a fixed shelf.
    Finally, this piece of furniture is topped with slightly veined white Carrara marble surrounded by an openwork brass gallery.
