Louis XV style flat desk opening with three drawers in front and three false drawers in the back resting on four slightly curved legs.
Violet wood marquetry decoration with a square-bottomed wooden wire frieze and open frame, enhanced with lighter fretwork fillets.
Ornamentation of chiseled and gilded bronze on the keyholes, ingot mold, corner drops and shoes, with Louis XV style motifs such as cartouches, shells and foliage.
Slightly scalloped top with brown leather top struck with small gilt irons, patinated by time.

Some marks visible on the marquetry on the back of the desk, structure in good condition.

Work carried out at the end of the 19th century, circa 1880.
